Onboarding is simple and streamlined. After signing up, you'll be paired with a dedicated bookkeeper who will schedule a kickoff call to understand your business. We'll connect to your accounting software (or help you choose one), gather historical records, and have your books cleaned up and current within 2–4 weeks. Most clients are fully onboarded and running smoothly within the first month.
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We want you on the plan that fits your business — no penalties, no hassle.
Yes! We work with all major accounting platforms including QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks, Wave, and Sage. If you're using a different platform, chances are we support it too. We'll adapt to your existing workflow so there's minimal disruption to your operations.
